Thanks for stopping by.  We have a Unique Twist that makes our circle complete here at the Ranch.  So you know a little bit about us, our passion is the ranch and our registered American Quarter Horses.  Although there are a few other critters that complete the twist along with our UNIQUE business that makes our daily living for us, our life is just the average common down to earth country way of living.
We offer great riding horses, yearlings, weanlings, broodmares on occassion.So if you are in the search for nice horse or just thinking about buying a new horse we would love to hear from you.  You can check out our photo album and see what we are all about.

Now to the last half of this circle.  We own a little country business located in Valera, Texas.  "The Fudge Pump"  You will find unique and unusual items here.  We make over 30 different varieties of fudge. YEP, you got it. RICH CREAMY homemade delicious fudge.  Not to mention the light fluffy homemade Peanut Brittle and couple other flavors of brittle as well.  You will also find all kinds of mixes including dips, appetizer, dessert, soups and more.  To complete this end of the circle we have HAND POURED candles made at the ranch and many other unusual gift items.
Although we are located several miles from any major city that does not mean you can not find something to fit your fancy right here in our little community (VALERA, TX) located on State HWY 67 midway between Brownwood Texas & San Angelo Texas.
 Fudge Pump  Hours Fri-Sat Noon to 8pm and Sun Noon to 5pm.  Many days we are here much later and would be happy for you to stop by.  If the lights are on COME ON IN!!!!!!!

When passing through be sure to stop and try a good HOME COOKED meal at our little cafe next door, The GRAZIN' PATCH.  NOW OPEN!!!!!  You can find that good old fashioned hand cut KC STEAK or about anything else you would find on a country dinner table.  Oh can't forget to mention the simmering pot of Pinto Beans, cornbread, fresh crisp onion and even a good tasty fresh jalepeno to tide you over while we prepare your meal from scratch.
Our days of operation are Friday 11am-10pm - Saturday & Sunday 7am-10pm.  We will be happy to entertain any special event, celebration or birthday bash on any day of the week.  Special menus available upon request.

  • We were visiting our folks in San Angelo and Some people that were in a restaurant where we were eating Saturday told us about this little cafe in the midde of nowhere. HEHE I actually remembered seeing it when we passed through on Friday and I recall saying to my wife, Not sure what is going on there but people are everywhere. Little did I know that I would be there in a couple of days. Also little did I know I would be eating the best ribeye steak I had ever sunk my teeth into. So sunday we decided for my folks to follow us to the little cafe in the middle of nowhere so we could have dinner and be on our way home. Your food was wonderful and the ONION RINGS are out of this world. Something we had that people rarely find anywhere is GOOD SERVICE. The young lady was very alert and we never had to ask for one thing. Your place will be a regular stop for us when passing through. Glad to see people like you folks offering a great place to eat with a friendly atmosphere. Your Place is ONE OF A KIND.

  • We had Sunday lunch at your cafe. I had your meatloaf. I have to say it was the best I HAVE EVER had. My friend had a jalapeno cheeseburger. She was amazed at the size of the burger and the fresh produce that was stacked on it. She was so impressed with the fresh chopped jalapenos that was cooked throughout the giant hand made meat patty. I had heard so many things about the Grazing Patch so we checked it out for ourselves and EVERYTHING I heard was exactly right. GOOD LUCK and we will see you again soon.

  • How exciting. A cute little cafe out in the country on HWY 67 serving the best steak in TEXAS. We came out to your cafe on Sunday evening on Mother's Day. Everything was incredible. The onion rings are worth the drive. I had your RIBEYE & SHRIMP. YUM YUM!!!! You are not kidding when you say from scratch. Your HOT ROLLS are WOW!!!! SO BIG AND SOOOOO TASTY.   • We stopped by your little cafe after fishing at Lake Ivie. We had your ribeye & Shrimp Special. WOW!!!!! I want you to know we travel and eat all over Texas and many more states and you have the absolute best steak we have ever put in our mouth... NOT TO MENTION----The ONION RINGS they are out of this world. Service was above what anyone could expect and everyone passing through or by should just try your food. Look forward to our next trip down your way and by the way....The seasoning we bought is awesome....I think my husband would put it on his eggs..lol Your cafe and store is wonderful.
