We make our brittle fresh daily. Each batch of brittle is made by hand using my Mom's famous recipe that is known for many miles. When visiting our little store in Valera, TX you will find my Mom and Step Dad fast at work making and bagging brittle. Our brittle is light and fluffy. Once you try it you will be hooked.
